I highly recommend Rural Heating and Cooling. I have a home warranty and kept having issues with my furnace. I had other companies come out and they would temporarily fixed the issues I was having. I kept having the same issues. When Eric came out the first time, as the motor stopped working (he was able to get it spinning again but it was loud like it was going to blow), he recommended a new furnace. My warranty company approved the new furnace but there was some additional expenses for some HVAC that needed replaced. He worked with me on getting that paid and he ordered the new furnace. I had it replaced in about a week. Today, first snow on the ground, and I wake up with no heat. I called Eric at like 7AM in the morning and he promptly called me back. He walked me through possibly issues that I might be able to fix on my own but none of those worked. He arrived at my house in hours and he determined there was a defective part that was throwing an error code. He was able to get it working, but the manufacturer warrantied the part and we were good to go. He was so kind and gracious the entire time. Thank you for your service, we appreciate it.

Great guys and great work. We had some trouble with our boiler and had some other folks come work on it first, prior to being refered to RHACS. $1300 later and mulitple visits, it still wasn't fixed. They refused to work on it any longer and suggested I replace the entire thing and quoted me around $10,000. I called RHACS after McCleary's referred me over to them, and they replaced a few parts and got our boiler running. I'll be using them to also take a look at my AC, and do some chimney sweeping. They've got my business from now on.
